Jacob's basketball skills have drastically improved since working one-on-one with Tony in skills training. Right from the start, Tony pinpointed Jacob's strengths and weaknesses and was able to use that information to specifically target his growth areas. I have never seen Jacob work so hard and yet still manage to have so much fun. He may not be able to walk comfortably for the rest of the evening after a Tony session, but he's happy -- skills training has become the highlight of his week. I think one of the biggest reasons for that stretches beyond Jacob's love of the game and speaks to the relationship Tony builds with his players. He has been known to call just to see how Jacob is doing in school. Tony is unique in that he develops a relationship with his players that extends beyond skills on the court, he cares about them and they know it.
